This document reports on pharmacokinetic studies of [14C]PFOS conducted on male Charles River CD rats, revealing that at least 95% of an oral dose was absorbed within 24 hours, with significant excretion observed in urine and feces over 89 days, and no evidence of metabolic conversion of PFOS was found.
