This report summarizes the effectiveness of a 3M wastewater treatment system using Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) to reduce PFOA concentrations to below detection limits, demonstrating consistent low effluent concentrations and an estimated adsorption capacity of approximately 6.0 mg PFOA per gram of activated carbon.
